Canister Chips:
Palm oil is essential to giving our chips a crisp crunch. After exhaustively looking through our other options, we chose palm oil because it’s cleaner than many other oils, in fact the oil is derived from the reddish pulp of the fruit, not the kernels. And because we love the rainforests and the animals in it, we’ve invested in sourcing sustainable palm oil exclusively.
We’re happy to confirm that the palm oil we use comes from an RSPO certified supplier.

The amount in our product is usually anywhere between .2 - .4g of sugar, which is why it’s listed as 0g of sugar on the label.

There has recently been a some attention surrounding the trace levels of lead and cadmium found in many agricultural products. Potatoes, like other vegetables grown underground, do absorb naturally-occurring metals from the soil, and many fruits and vegetables contain very small levels of these elements. For example, spinach, kale, carrots and sweet potatoes typically contain detectable levels of lead and cadmium that cannot be avoided. The Good Crisp Company ensures that its products are sourced from reputable growers, and we know that our production processes do not contribute any lead or cadmium to our products. Our quality team monitors all of our snack products to ensure that heavy metal content stays within the safety tolerances that are set by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, as well as California’s Proposition 65. We are very proud of our products and are confident that each Good Crisp snack is safe for consumers of all ages.
