Pineapple Salsa Recipe

Need a partner to go along with your chips.. and let's be honest, this is a dip that will make any table shine! 
The best part, it's as simple as one, two crunch. 

Pineapple Salsa: 


  • 1 pineapple chopped (fresh is best, but you could also use canned if you’re in a pinch)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes diced
  • 2 stems of cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 1 lime for juice


Chop the Pineapple, and combine with the tomatoes, onion, and garlic. Make sure they are well incorporated before adding the lime juice. Stir well until everything is evenly coated in lime juice. Add the cilantro to the top, and you're ready to dip!
